This Vacheron Constantin 1921 Historiques Américan is an amazing model. It is a reference 1100S/00R-H115. The case is made of 18k rose gold. The case appears to be unpolished. It measures 36.6mm in diameter. This watch dates to 2026. It is paired on a Vacheron Constantin leather strap and pink gold buckle that was produced Unroc (Cornu)! Cornu & Cie produced buckles for everyone and when I showed this to @WatchAbbie she laughed hysterically. It comes with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well.
