Description
This Rolex Date is an incredibly attractive example with a silver dial. The case is made of 14k yellow gold and appears to be unpolished. 18K yellow gold is the standard for Rolex models, and these 14k yellow gold models are far less common. They were often sold in the United States and are extremely cool. The watch has a 1.06M serial number dating to circa 1964. The watch features dauphine hands which are very interesting and seen in early 1960s Rolex models before the standard baton hands. The watch does not come with papers. It does come with a Rolex box. The watch was just serviced and it is running great. The watch recently passed a 5 bar water resistance test.
