Description
The Abercrombie & Fitch Seafarer is essentially the same watch as the Heuer Mareographe reference 2444 with a bit of retailer sauce! This example is an attractive reference 2444. It features a first execution dial with excellent green and yellow accents in the registers. The minute register is designated for timing yacht races. The case appears to be unpolished. It measures approximately 35mm in diameter. The watch dates to the early 1960s. The hands have been relumed. Learn more about these watches within Charlie Dunne's article ' Collector's Guide: Vintage Abercrombie & Fitch Seafarer Watches '. The watch does not come with box or papers. The watch was recently serviced and is running well.
