Description
This TUDOR Submariner reference 7016/0 is an awesome vintage sports watch. The watch was produced in circa 1968 with a 621,XXX serial. This is an early example of the 7016/0 and features the earliest dial configuration with the Rose logo. It features the long 5 insert which is very attractive. It measures 40mm in diameter. The case appears to be unpolished. The hands were recently relumed as the lume had fallen out when it was originally found in a Florida flea market. This watch was likely was worn by a member of the American military. The watch does not come with a box or papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well. It recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar.
