Description
This Longines reference 5415 is a special vintage chronograph with the rare snapback waterproof compressor case. The watch features the legendary calibre 13ZN which was used from circa 1936-1947 within Longines chronographs. The calibre 13ZN is considered one of the most important chronograph movements and is cherished by collectors. This example was invoiced to Longines-Wittnauer Watch Co in the United States on October 27, 1947. The case measures 37.5mm in diameter. The case appears to be unpolished. We do not know the service history, but the watch is running well. It does not come with a box or papers. It comes with an Extract from the Archives.
